In July, I joined the team of the radio show Bouquins & Confidences. Every Monday from 6:30 pm to 8 pm, we talk about books, authors, publishers, and we evoke the stories and the people who have led us from book to book.
I love the fact that our focus is on all forms of literature: so-called “mainstream” literature, children’s literature, science fiction and fantasy, graphic novels, essays… The beautiful team (Julie Collin, Pascal Raud, Étienne Beaulieu, myself…) is versatile and happy to share its discoveries. And not just the new publications!
The show is hosted by Julie Collin from the blog Julie lit au lit. You can listen to us live on CKRL’s website, or you can listen to the podcast afterwards on Mixcloud. We are here every week to talk about our new and old favorites. To give you an idea, in the last few weeks I have recommended Station Eleven by Emily St John Mandel, Comment (et pourquoi) je suis devenue végane by Eve Marie Gingras and Infinités by Vandana Singh.
Talk to you soon on the radio!
